AntSeed Protocol — Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 15, 2026
Important: Token sales, token burns, governance rights, protocol fees, and ecosystem reserves may trigger securities, commodities, financial-services, tax, consumer-protection, sanctions, and other regulatory obligations in different jurisdictions. These Terms do not govern the DIEM Provider Capacity Program at diem.antseed.com, which is subject to separate terms.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AntSeed open-source protocol software, AntStation desktop application, AntSeed CLI, smart contracts deployed on Base or other supported blockchains, documentation, websites, public interfaces, grants programs, token-related programs, and other related software or materials that reference these Terms, excluding the DIEM Provider Capacity Program (collectively, the "Services"). The AntSeed Protocol is open-source, peer-to-peer software and smart-contract infrastructure. The protocol itself is not a company, partnership, investment fund, marketplace operator, broker, dealer, exchange, clearing agency, custodian, fiduciary, issuer, or financial institution. Certain websites, interfaces, repositories, documentation, grants programs, ecosystem reserves, token programs, community initiatives, or other support activities may be maintained, administered, or supported by one or more independent legal entities, foundations, companies, associations, committees, multisigs, contributors, maintainers, or other organizations (each, an "Ecosystem Support Entity"). Any such Ecosystem Support Entity acts only in the specific limited capacity expressly stated for the relevant interface, program, document, or activity. No Ecosystem Support Entity operates, controls, owns, intermediates, or guarantees the peer-to-peer AntSeed network merely because it supports some part of the ecosystem. By installing, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to Buyers, Providers, Developers, contributors, grant recipients, tokenholders, voters, interface users, and any other person or entity interacting with the AntSeed ecosystem, except where separate program-specific terms apply.
2. Definitions
AntSeed Protocol means the open-source software, peer-to-peer networking components, smart contracts, cryptographic message formats, payment-channel mechanisms, discovery mechanisms, metering mechanisms, and related technical specifications commonly referred to as AntSeed. Buyer means a user or node that consumes AI services from Providers through the AntSeed Protocol. Provider means an independent user or node operator that offers AI inference, routing, agent, workflow, or other services to Buyers through the AntSeed Protocol. Ecosystem Support Entity means any foundation, company, association, committee, multisig, contributor group, maintainer group, grants administrator, reserve administrator, interface publisher, or other organization that supports, funds, documents, promotes, or develops some part of the AntSeed ecosystem. Protocol Reserve or Ecosystem Reserve means any allocation of tokens, fees, assets, or other resources intended to support AntSeed ecosystem development, security, decentralization, adoption, education, research, grants, audits, infrastructure, liquidity-support programs where lawful, token burn programs where lawful, or other ecosystem-support purposes. Tokens means $ANTS or any other cryptographic token associated with or used in connection with the AntSeed ecosystem, excluding DIEM capacity-program participation unless expressly incorporated by separate DIEM terms. Interface means any website, desktop application, CLI, API endpoint, documentation site, dashboard, grants page, or other user-facing access point, excluding diem.antseed.com unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. What AntSeed Is — And What It Is Not
3.1 A Communication Protocol, Not a Service Provider
AntSeed is an open-source, peer-to-peer communication protocol. It provides a neutral technical layer through which independent peers may discover each other, negotiate terms, exchange data, meter usage, and settle payments for AI-related services directly. The AntSeed Protocol is intended to function as decentralized infrastructure, not as a centralized marketplace. Like BitTorrent DHT, WebRTC, TCP/IP, and other neutral communication infrastructure, the protocol facilitates technical connectivity but does not itself provide, approve, curate, supervise, or guarantee the substance of what independent peers exchange. Unless expressly stated in separate written terms for a specific hosted product or service, AntSeed and any Ecosystem Support Entity:
- do not host, store, transmit, process, or inspect peer-to-peer content exchanged between Buyers and Providers;
- do not operate a centralized broker, marketplace, relay, or server through which all peer traffic must pass;
- do not know the real-world identity of most Buyers or Providers;
- do not vet, license, certify, approve, supervise, or endorse Providers or Buyers;
- do not control what models, APIs, data, prompts, completions, tools, agents, or workflows Providers use;
- do not control whether a Provider complies with applicable law or upstream terms;
- are not a party to peer-to-peer transactions between Buyers and Providers; and
- cannot guarantee the quality, legality, safety, accuracy, privacy, uptime, or availability of any Provider or output.
Discovery may occur through BitTorrent DHT or other decentralized discovery mechanisms. Transport may occur through WebRTC or other peer-to-peer transport mechanisms. Payments may settle through smart contracts and cryptographic signatures on Base or other supported blockchains. Users interact directly with counterparties and smart contracts at their own risk.
3.2 No Knowledge of Network Activity
The AntSeed Protocol is designed so that no central party has general visibility into the content of peer-to-peer requests and responses. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities generally do not know who specific Buyers or Providers are, what services any Provider is delivering, what prompts or outputs are exchanged, or whether any Provider is complying with laws, licenses, export controls, data-protection rules, or upstream terms. You use the network at your own risk, with full awareness that you may transact with anonymous, pseudonymous, or unverified third parties.
4. Ecosystem Support Entity / Foundation Role
One or more Ecosystem Support Entities may be established or used to support the AntSeed ecosystem. Such entities may include a foundation, company, association, nonprofit, limited company, committee, multisig, or other legal or organizational structure. Permitted ecosystem-support activities may include administering grants, funding audits and legal/regulatory analysis, supporting open-source development and education, maintaining public interfaces and documentation, administering a Protocol Reserve, distributing or selling Tokens where lawful, and supporting decentralization and ecosystem adoption. Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written terms, no Ecosystem Support Entity:
- operates or controls the AntSeed Protocol;
- controls the peer-to-peer network or any independent Provider;
- intermediates transactions between Buyers and Providers;
- acts as counterparty to peer-to-peer inference transactions;
- holds or custodies user funds deposited into non-custodial smart contracts;
- vets, approves, endorses, certifies, supervises, or guarantees Providers;
- guarantees any output, service, uptime, token price, liquidity, exchange listing, burn amount, governance outcome, or network activity;
- acts as broker, dealer, exchange, clearing agency, investment adviser, fund manager, fiduciary, agent, representative, employer, or partner of any user, Provider, Buyer, tokenholder, voter, or contributor;
- owes tokenholders any dividend, revenue share, profit share, redemption, repayment, liquidation right, buyback right, burn right, grant right, or other economic entitlement.
Any grants, incentives, reserve programs, token programs, burn programs, liquidity programs, governance processes, or ecosystem-support activities are discretionary unless separate written terms expressly state otherwise. They may be modified, paused, restricted, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law and relevant program terms.
5. Protocol Reserve / Ecosystem Reserve
A portion of token supply, token emissions, protocol fees, assets, or other resources may be allocated to a Protocol Reserve or Ecosystem Reserve. The intended purpose of the reserve is to support the long-term development, security, decentralization, education, adoption, utility, resilience, and sustainability of the AntSeed ecosystem. The reserve may be administered by an Ecosystem Support Entity, foundation, company, committee, multisig, smart contract, governance process, or other mechanism. Permitted uses may include grants, audits, bug bounties, monitoring, incident response, documentation, education, infrastructure, public interfaces, open-source tooling, legal/regulatory/accounting/tax work, contributor incentives, provider incentives, buyer incentives, token repurchase and burn programs where lawful, and other ecosystem-support activities. No Buyer, Provider, contributor, tokenholder, voter, or user has any ownership interest, creditor claim, trust interest, redemption right, distribution right, revenue right, fiduciary claim, or enforceable entitlement in or to any Protocol Reserve or Ecosystem Reserve merely by using the Services, holding Tokens, voting, contributing, or participating in the community. Reserve administration does not create a partnership, joint venture, investment fund, trust, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship among users, tokenholders, voters, contributors, Providers, Buyers, Ecosystem Support Entities, or other participants.
6. Protocol Fees, Repurchase, and Burn
Certain protocol-level fees may apply to transactions settled through AntSeed smart contracts. Fee rates, fee recipients, fee allocations, and fee mechanisms may be set, updated, limited, or disabled through smart-contract parameters, multisigs, time locks, governance processes, Ecosystem Support Entity decisions, or other disclosed mechanisms. Protocol fees may be allocated to a Protocol Reserve, Ecosystem Reserve, smart contract, multisig, burn contract, or other address or mechanism. Subject to applicable law and the relevant program terms, protocol fees or reserve assets may be used to repurchase Tokens on the open market, through decentralized exchanges, through other lawful venues, or through other lawful mechanisms, and such Tokens may be burned, locked, recycled into incentives, or otherwise used for ecosystem-support purposes. Any token repurchase or burn program is discretionary unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written terms. No user or tokenholder has any right to require a repurchase, burn, distribution, or fee allocation. No repurchase or burn program is a promise of token price support, token appreciation, liquidity, return, yield, profit, or market value. Repurchase and burn programs may be changed, suspended, delayed, restricted, or terminated at any time. You should not purchase, hold, vote with, or use any Token based on an expectation that fees will be used to repurchase or burn Tokens, that burns will occur at any particular time or amount, or that any burn will affect market price.
7. Tokens, Emissions, Grants, Transfers, and Possible Sales
Tokens associated with the AntSeed ecosystem may be distributed, granted, emitted, transferred, sold, repurchased, burned, locked, vested, or otherwise made available through smart contracts, grants programs, contributor programs, ecosystem programs, private transactions, public transactions, exchanges, liquidity venues, or other mechanisms, subject to applicable law and any separate terms applicable to the relevant transaction or program. These Terms do not constitute an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, recommendation, financial promotion, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or public offering of any Token, security, commodity, derivative, financial instrument, or investment product. Unless expressly stated in separate written terms applicable to a specific transaction, Tokens do not represent or confer equity, shares, ownership, dividend rights, revenue share, profit share, interest, yield, repayment, redemption, liquidation proceeds, buybacks, burns, distributions, claims on protocol fees, claims on reserve assets, management rights, or guarantees of liquidity, market price, exchange listing, token value, utility, availability, burn amount, or future functionality. You are solely responsible for determining whether your acquisition, holding, use, sale, transfer, voting, or other activity involving Tokens is lawful in your jurisdiction.
8. Governance and Voting
Tokens may be used for governance, signaling, polling, parameter input, grant input, committee election, proposal ranking, ecosystem prioritization, or other voting or participation mechanisms. The scope, effect, eligibility, quorum, thresholds, delegation rules, execution process, and legal status of any vote will depend on the specific governance framework applicable at the time. Unless a separate governance framework expressly states that a vote is binding and technically executable, community votes, tokenholder votes, forum discussions, snapshot votes, polls, signaling processes, and other governance inputs are non-binding expressions of community preference. An Ecosystem Support Entity, multisig, smart contract, committee, or other administrator may consider such input but is not required to implement it unless legally and technically bound to do so. Holding Tokens or voting does not make any tokenholder a partner, general partner, manager, director, officer, agent, fiduciary, trustee, employee, representative, or controller of the AntSeed Protocol, any Ecosystem Support Entity, any reserve, any Provider, or any other participant. No voter is authorized to bind any other participant. Governance must not be used to require or approve unlawful conduct, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, unauthorized securities offerings, misappropriation of assets, infringement, privacy violations, or any activity that would cause an Ecosystem Support Entity, contributor, or participant to violate applicable law. Governance rights, if any, may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued where required for legal, regulatory, tax, security, decentralization, or operational reasons.
9. Eligibility, Sanctions, and Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Services or participate in any token, governance, or grants program. If you use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You represent and warrant that:
- you are not subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, or any other applicable sanctions authority;
- you are not located, organized, resident, incorporated, or ordinarily operating in a jurisdiction or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or similar restrictions;
- you are not owned or controlled by, acting on behalf of, or providing services to any sanctioned person, blocked person, denied party, or prohibited jurisdiction;
- you will not use the Services to evade sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, AML/CFT rules, or other legal restrictions;
- your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including sanctions, export controls, AML/CFT, tax, data protection, consumer protection, securities, commodities, financial-services, AI, and intellectual-property laws.
The AntSeed Protocol is open and peer-to-peer, similar to BitTorrent-style infrastructure. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities do not have the practical ability to block, geofence, suspend, terminate, or prevent all access to the decentralized protocol or to independent peer nodes. Interfaces or hosted services controlled by a specific operator may apply access restrictions where technically possible or legally required, but the protocol itself may remain technically accessible. Technical accessibility does not mean that use is lawful in your jurisdiction. You remain solely responsible for sanctions, export-control, AML/CFT, and other legal compliance.
10. Peer-to-Peer Network — Unknown Counterparties and No Vetting
The AntSeed network consists of independent, anonymous, pseudonymous, and unverified third-party peers. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities do not generally vet, license, certify, approve, supervise, or background-check Providers or Buyers. When you connect to a Provider node, you may not know who operates that node, where it is located, what model/API/infrastructure it uses, whether it complies with laws or upstream terms, whether it logs or discloses data, or whether claims made by the Provider are accurate. On-chain reputation, settlement volume, channel history, attestations, metadata, provider profiles, or other signals are not endorsements, certifications, guarantees, or legal compliance confirmations. They are merely technical or economic signals that may be incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, stale, or misunderstood.
11. Provider Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Providers are solely and fully responsible for every aspect of the services they offer, including legality, output quality, data protection, confidentiality, privacy, security, compliance with law, compliance with upstream API/model/cloud/data/software/license terms, and all claims, fines, penalties, damages, and disputes arising from Provider operations. Providers must not resell or commercially exploit personal-use, consumer, non-commercial, research-only, or restricted subscriptions, APIs, models, data, or credentials without authorization; circumvent upstream controls; misrepresent material facts; provide unlawful services; or manipulate metering, reputation, pricing, settlement, governance, or token mechanisms. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities are not parties to agreements between Providers and Buyers or between Providers and upstream service providers.
12. General Prohibited Conduct
All users agree not to use the Services to violate law; generate, transmit, distribute, buy, sell, or facilitate illegal content or services; engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, or deception; infringe third-party rights; circumvent export controls; attack or manipulate the Protocol, smart contracts, peer connections, reputation systems, governance, reserves, burns, emissions, or Interfaces; impersonate others; or obtain unauthorized access to systems, keys, wallets, nodes, APIs, data, or accounts.
13. User Content, AI Outputs, Uncensored Services, and Privacy Responsibility
The AntSeed Protocol may be used by independent peers to transmit prompts, files, data, instructions, AI outputs, completions, tool calls, agent actions, model responses, or other content (collectively, "User Content and Outputs"). AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities do not create, select, train, fine-tune, moderate, pre-screen, approve, endorse, verify, supervise, store, or control User Content and Outputs exchanged directly between independent Buyers and Providers. You are solely responsible for all User Content and Outputs that you generate, submit, transmit, receive, request, provide, store, process, publish, rely on, or otherwise use through the Services. This includes responsibility for legality, accuracy, safety, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, export-control compliance, data-protection compliance, professional-use compliance, and any harm caused to you or others. Some Providers may offer uncensored, minimally filtered, experimental, specialized, jurisdiction-specific, or otherwise unrestricted AI services. Such services may produce offensive, unsafe, inaccurate, unlawful, biased, harmful, private, confidential, infringing, or otherwise objectionable outputs. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities do not guarantee that any Provider will apply moderation, safety filters, privacy controls, data-retention limits, content policies, or legal compliance controls. You must not use the Services to create, request, transmit, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or unlawful activity, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist or extremist activity, unlawful threats, fraud, malware, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, privacy violations, non-consensual intimate content, illegal weapons activity, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or content that infringes third-party rights. Providers are solely responsible for the services and outputs they offer; Buyers are solely responsible for the prompts, data, instructions, and use cases they submit and for how they use outputs. Do not submit personal data, sensitive data, confidential information, trade secrets, attorney-client privileged material, healthcare data, financial data, government data, children's data, biometric data, or other regulated information to any Provider unless you have independently verified that the Provider, jurisdiction, contractual terms, technical safeguards, and legal basis are appropriate for that data. You should assume that Providers may log, retain, train on, disclose, misuse, or be compelled to disclose your data unless you have independent contractual, technical, or cryptographic assurances to the contrary. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities are not liable for User Content and Outputs, Provider content policies, Provider privacy practices, moderation failures, lack of moderation, unlawful prompts, unlawful outputs, data leaks, confidentiality breaches, reliance on AI outputs, professional decisions made using outputs, or any dispute between Buyers, Providers, users, rights holders, regulators, or other third parties relating to User Content and Outputs.
14. Payments, Smart Contracts, and Non-Custody
Payments on the AntSeed Protocol may use buyer deposits, payment channels, ReserveAuth signatures, SpendingAuth signatures, seller settlement, and other smart-contract mechanisms. Smart contracts are software and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities do not custody user funds deposited into non-custodial smart contracts, cannot reverse blockchain transactions, cannot refund completed peer-to-peer payments, cannot recover lost private keys, cannot guarantee smart-contract security, and cannot guarantee the solvency, availability, legality, or performance of any blockchain, bridge, stablecoin, wallet, RPC provider, sequencer, validator, oracle, exchange, or other dependency. You are solely responsible for reviewing smart-contract code, contract addresses, transaction details, signatures, approvals, fee parameters, and risks before interacting.
15. Token and Market Risk; No Financial Advice
Token programs, emissions programs, repurchase programs, burn programs, fee-allocation mechanisms, and token-related features are experimental and high risk. Unless expressly stated in separate written terms, no reward, emission, distribution, fee amount, burn amount, return, token value, liquidity, or market outcome is promised or guaranteed. Historical metrics, projected metrics, burn projections, fee projections, volume projections, or other estimates are informational only. Actual results may be zero. Token values may decline significantly or go to zero. Smart-contract exploits, market conditions, regulatory action, low network demand, provider failure, dependency failure, governance changes, or other events may result in loss of funds or no expected outcomes. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Consult qualified advisers before acquiring, voting with, selling, or otherwise using Tokens.
16. Privacy and Data
The AntSeed Protocol is designed for peer-to-peer communication. AntSeed and Ecosystem Support Entities generally do not have access to the content of peer-to-peer prompts, completions, files, or other exchanged data. However, Providers are independent and may log, store, analyze, disclose, or misuse data unless you have independent guarantees or cryptographic assurances. Interfaces may collect limited technical, analytics, telemetry, crash, wallet, or usage data as described in applicable privacy notices. Blockchain activity is public, permanent, and linkable. Wallet addresses, token balances, claims, votes, transfers, burns, approvals, and other on-chain actions may be visible to anyone. Do not submit confidential, regulated, personal, sensitive, privileged, or proprietary data to any Provider unless you have independently assessed the Provider, legal basis, data-processing terms, security controls, and privacy risks.
17. Intellectual Property
The AntSeed Protocol software is open source. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute open-source software are governed by the applicable licenses in the relevant repositories. Nothing in these Terms grants rights to use third-party AI models, APIs, model weights, datasets, trademarks, copyrighted works, confidential information, or other third-party intellectual property. Providers and users must obtain all rights and permissions required for their activities. Ecosystem Support Entities may own or administer trademarks, logos, domains, websites, documentation, or other materials. You may not use AntSeed names, marks, logos, or branding in a misleading way or in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, certification, or authorization without permission.
18. Disclaimers of Warranty
THE SERVICES, PROTOCOL, SOFTWARE, SMART CONTRACTS, TOKENS, INTERFACES, DOCUMENTATION, GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS, RESERVES, GRANT PROGRAMS, TOKEN PROGRAMS, REPURCHASE PROGRAMS, BURN PROGRAMS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTSEED, ECOSYSTEM SUPPORT ENTITIES, CONTRIBUTORS, MAINTAINERS, GRANT RECIPIENTS, MULTISIG SIGNERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, UPTIME, LEGALITY, COMPLIANCE, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. No person or entity warrants that the Protocol or any Interface will be secure, uninterrupted, available, or error-free; any smart contract is free of vulnerabilities; any Provider is legitimate, lawful, safe, private, compliant, or accurate; any Token will have value, liquidity, utility, exchange listing, governance rights, rewards, burns, or future functionality; or any fee, reward, burn, grant, vote, or reserve action will occur.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTSEED, ECOSYSTEM SUPPORT ENTITIES, CONTRIBUTORS, MAINTAINERS, GRANT RECIPIENTS, MULTISIG SIGNERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TOKENS, DIGITAL ASSETS, USDC, EXPECTED REWARDS, EXPECTED BURNS, EXPECTED VALUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. This limitation applies to damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services; peer-to-peer transactions or Provider conduct; User Content and Outputs; uncensored, unsafe, offensive, inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, private, confidential, or harmful outputs; moderation failures or lack of moderation; privacy breaches, data leaks, data retention, data misuse, or confidentiality breaches by Providers or peers; reliance on AI outputs; smart-contract bugs, exploits, hacks, or failures; wallet compromise, phishing, mistaken transactions, or key loss; token price changes, illiquidity, delistings, or market losses; emissions, fee allocations, repurchases, burns, or governance; regulatory, tax, legal, sanctions, or compliance actions; and actions or omissions of third parties.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AntSeed, Ecosystem Support Entities, contributors, maintainers, grant recipients, multisig signers, committee members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, User Content and Outputs, prompts, files, data, privacy or confidentiality violations, reliance on AI outputs, content or services, operation as a Provider, token/governance/grant/reserve/fee/repurchase/burn/smart-contract activity, or claims by third parties arising from your conduct.
21. No Partnership, Agency, Fiduciary Duty, or Collective Enterprise
Use of the Services, holding Tokens, voting, delegating, submitting proposals, receiving grants, contributing code, operating a Provider node, using an Interface, participating in community discussions, or interacting with smart contracts does not create a partnership, general partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, association, agency, franchise, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, trust, fund, or other collective legal enterprise among users, tokenholders, voters, contributors, Providers, Buyers, maintainers, Ecosystem Support Entities, or other participants. No participant is authorized to bind any other participant, the AntSeed Protocol, any Ecosystem Support Entity, any reserve, any Provider, any Buyer, any tokenholder, or the AntSeed ecosystem. No participant owes fiduciary duties to any other participant merely because of participation in the ecosystem, tokenholding, voting, governance, grants, or use of the Protocol.
22. Changes to These Terms and Programs
The maintainers or operators of a specific Interface, program, repository, document, grants program, token program, reserve, or Ecosystem Support Entity may update the terms applicable to that specific Interface, program, repository, document, or activity by publishing revised terms or notices. Updates to these Terms do not alter already-executed blockchain transactions and do not modify immutable smart contracts. Continued use of the Services after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future use.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent as closely as possible.
24. Contact
For questions about the open-source Protocol, open an issue or discussion in the official AntSeed repository. For questions about a specific Interface, grants program, token sale, token distribution, reserve, repurchase, burn program, governance process, or Ecosystem Support Entity, use the contact details provided in the applicable program terms, Interface, or entity notice.
Summary Statement
The AntSeed Protocol is open-source, peer-to-peer infrastructure. Independent Providers and Buyers transact directly and are responsible for their own prompts, data, services, content, outputs, privacy choices, and legal compliance. Ecosystem Support Entities may support grants, reserves, interfaces, token programs, repurchases, burns, governance processes, and other ecosystem activities, but they do not thereby operate or guarantee the peer-to-peer network. Tokens do not, unless separate written terms expressly state otherwise, confer ownership, revenue rights, redemption rights, profit rights, fiduciary rights, or claims on any reserve or entity. The DIEM Provider Capacity Program is subject to separate terms.
